Do You Offer Dial Up

No, we specialise in only in web hosting, our resources are completely
focused on providing you with the best hosting service possible. You can use any
Internet Service Provider you choose to provide you with access to the Internet,
most of which are free.
Do You Support Microsoft
FrontPage?
Yes, all of our hosting plans fully support Microsoft FrontPage at no extra
charge. You can add or remove support for Microsoft FrontPage on your account
via your control panel at any time.
How Do I Transfer Files
To My Site?
Files can be transferred to the web server using an FTP program (File
Transfer Protocol). FTP software is available for download from our online
support centre as well as an FTP tutorial. Some web design packages
including Microsoft Front Page include utilities for uploading your site and
thus additional software will not be required.
Can I Update My Pages As
Often As I Want?
You have unlimited access to your site via FTP or FrontPage 24-hours a day.
As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and
upload files to your web site at your leisure. You can change and update your
site as often as you want to.
What Is Data Transfer?
Your data transfer is the total number of data packets which are transferred
across the Internet to or from your account. All reputable hosting companies
must impose data transfer restrictions in order to control their bandwidth usage
and ensure a high standard of service.
The monthly data transfer allowances on our hosting plans are
amongst the highest in the industry, as such less that 0.25% of our clients ever
exceed them. You can monitor your data transfer in real time via your control
panel.
Should you exceed your data transfer, there is no loss of
service to your account, you simply pay a small surcharge for each additional
megabyte of data transferred. To summarise, exceeding your data transfer
allowance is good news as it means you have a very busy and thus profitable web
site!
